Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in any of the following: Data Acquisition, Web Applications, User Experience, Enterprise Applications, Flume, Data Processing, Boq, Navigating Ambiguity, C++.
- Experience in building a new product, including rapid iteration/prototyping with the ability to pivot based on user feedback.
- Experience with enterprise-facing software for providers in double sided marketplaces.
- Experience with quality problems, especially with third-party (3P) data, as well as defining and moving metrics.
- Experience with data infrastructure, including data reconciliation or Knowledge Graph.
- Experience with operational automation.
