Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in technology sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience in Leadership/people management.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in data and analytics.
Knowledge of digital marketing and data analytics within Home, Personal Care and Tech sectors.
Understanding media businesses and management operations within the digital media ecosystem in business development, client relationship and servicing skills, and solution-based selling.
Ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional setting, both internally and externally.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with building relationships with executive stakeholders.
