ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement a comprehensive communication and branding plan to engage internal and external stakeholders for the Flash Backend Operations (FBE).
• Support to manage and enhance the FBE organization's brand image and reputation through creative messaging and effective campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Support the management of the multimedia communications for the FBE organization.
• Manage and maintain the webpage by developing new and relevant content.
• Support in the engagement strategy to ensure FBE employees stay engaged in creating a Great Place to Work (GPTW).
• Curate specific engagement activities to elevate FBE employee experience
• Deploy GPTW elements to increase engagement at FBE level.
• Develop and deploy key business analytics to measure effectiveness of communications.

REQUIRED:

• 3 to 5 years working experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience in leading communications and branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
