What a typical day looks like:

• Transition Management for Infrastructure from GBS to AMER Sites
• P1 coordination for corporate infrastructure at AMER sites
• Change Management for AMER Sites
• Problem Management for AMER Sites
• Project Management coordination for GBS infra to AMER Sites
• Communication Management with AMER Sites
• Scheduling of Site P1 / IT Operation Review
• Gathering P1 Site data for AMER Sites
• Coordination for PM review out of P1 for Sites
• Distribution and tracking for Preventive Action to IT and Non-IT

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Previous years of related experience on similar positions.
• Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.
• Demonstrates advanced/ thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and comprehension of connections of such processes at the sites
• Proficient English skills.
