Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of construction project management, scheduling, and claims management techniques.
Familiarity with industry-standard software for scheduling and delay analysis (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional certifications related to construction dispute resolution (e.g., PMP, RICS, CCE, AACE).

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is a plus.
Work experience of 1-2 years
Working knowledge on construction disputes - delay analysis, claims analysis
Candidate should have work experience of minimum 1-2 years in construction disputes
