Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the Science teams central point of coordination and integration between the RBS Sciences, Engineering, Product and Business teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the problem spaces, clearly define Sciences requirements, and enable delivery of appropriate ML models to achieve business goals of the science platforms
• Engage with external Sciences teams to explore opportunities for ML collaboration and identify synergies
• Establish and oversee the implementation of ML Governance frameworks to establish best practices across RBS.
• Coordinate the work across Sciences initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and continuous progress to deliver on commitments
• Drive end-to-end high impact and high visibility programs that impact WW Retail and hence customer experience on Amazon
• Strong communication and influencing skills with an ability to deal with a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in defining, developing and using metrics to drive the vision and manage the business.
• Ability to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
• Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at AmazonBangalore, KA, IND

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
