• Responsible for the execution of Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA), Enterprise Compliance Risk Assessment (ECRA) and Business Line Quality Assurance (BLQA) testing activities within the WMIS CRO, first line organization.
• Review and assess adequacy of controls, perform design effectiveness and operating effectiveness testing and report control gaps
• Conduct test preparation, test execution and identification of RCSA/ECRA BLQA control and process weaknesses through testing activities.
• Assess the impact of control weakness and propose changes to business line procedures or controls to improve any compliance gaps.
• Maintain testing documentation and updates in ARCHER
• Responsible for execution of Outsourcing program by leading / participating in periodic monitoring calls with the service provider, report results to governance forums and support in completing risk assessment / due diligence of new service providers.
