- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a product manager in a field such as enterprise SaaS products, environmental solutions, analytics, etc.
- Experience launching and scaling products built on large-scale Machine Learning or Large Language Model (LLM) systems.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and executive leaders (e.g., Directors, VPs) on a long-term goal and strategy.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing product management teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for building new products.
