At Chase we believe in doing things differently, with our customers at the forefront of our mindset. As one of our Fraud Specialists in First Party Fraud, you will be a key part of our approach.

As a Fraud Specialist within the First Party Fraud team, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your investigative skills will be put to use as you manage and respond to fraud risks, ensuring the protection of our customers and minimizing losses for both the clients and the bank. Your responsibilities will include investigating suspected fraud cases and utilizing your relationship building and problem-solving skills to effectively manage these cases.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Previous experience working within Banking
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess an analytic mindset
  • Strong investigative skills
  • Be familiar with different Fraud trends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven problem solving skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in handling application fraud, scams, mules and/or first party fraud
    investigations
  • Investigating fraud or financial crime within a previous role
  • Knowledge of the UK regulatory framework and best practice regarding fraud
    prevention
