Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in coding, troubleshooting and advocating with triaging technical issues.
- Experience in reading/debugging code.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices.
- Experience with SQL database administration, Google App Engine, open source software communities, Cloud networking solutions, or distributed computing technology.
- Experience in debugging workload issues across multi-node environments.
- Experience working with any public cloud (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) services and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix or other operating systems at the system or network administrator level.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interaction with internal or external stakeholders.
