Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in coding, troubleshooting and advocating with triaging technical issues.
Experience in reading/debugging code.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices.
Experience with SQL database administration, Google App Engine, open source software communities, Cloud networking solutions, or distributed computing technology.
Experience in debugging workload issues across multi-node environments.
Experience working with any public cloud (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) services and infrastructure.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix or other operating systems at the system or network administrator level.
Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interaction with internal or external stakeholders.
