CO Analyst - Customer Issue Resolution*you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here you will make an impact by:

• Support Improvement Opportunities : Flexible support for CIR process improvements, including root cause analysis and opportunity identification.
• End-to-End CIR Management : Manage customer issues related to billing, collections, and complaints to ensure timely payments and quick resolution.
• Handle Sensitive Data : Work with and managesensitive/confidentialfinancial data.
• Build Credibility and Trust : Efficiently build credibility and trust with customers through timely and accurate CIR process delivery.
• Analytical Problem Solving : Use strong analytical skills to interpret information, solve complex problems, and suggest alternative solutions to meet customer and account-specific needs.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the followingqualifications:

• Customer service, finance, supply chain or sales experience
• Advanced English B2+
• Advanced Italian (B2+)
• Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables
• Experience with customer service processes and systems – SAP and Salesforce as an additional asset

• Demonstration of strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational and short-term planning skills
• Flexible nature with the desire to expand knowledge and experience as opportunities arise
• Account receivables (AR) knowledge and experience as an additional asset

• Strongly deliver and follow Team KPI targets in timely and efficient manner
