As an Advanced Cyber Security Architect here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced cyber security projects. You will provide technical guidance to the project team while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a smooth integration of new initiatives. You will report directly to our Cyber Security Manager and you'll work out of our Gdansk, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support project team members
• Oversee the execution of advanced cybersecurity initiatives and projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address security requirements
• Lead the response to security incidents promptly and decisively
• Contribute to the creation of security awareness materials for the organization

• 6+ years of experience in a lead cyber security role
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• Ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence • Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or another related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
