Responsibilities:

• Attend the daily transition calls, understand the requirements, interpret JP to EN & Viceversa and ensure the process is fully learnt and documented with accuracy.
• Translate the JP documents and reply to customer mails.
• Adhere to strict deadlines.
• Understand Japan statutory requirements and process the tasks.
• Learn and Execute Payroll related activities with Japanese language dependencies
• Shift will be aligned to Japan Timing

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good understanding of Japanese polite forms
• A High level of accuracy in content translation.
• Ability to grasp new concepts and act independently.
• Good MS office skills especially excel basic formulas.
• Proven interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.
• Good workload management skills and an ability to work to deadlines.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Preferred SAP end user knowledge
• Candidates worked in Japan projects are preferred.
