- Strategic Planning & Local Market Execution

  • Translate global and regional marketing priorities into locally relevant strategies.

  • Develop and implement Mexico-level integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.

  • Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

- Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main marketing point of contact for Intel Mexico, engaging with Mexico leadership, sales, partner, comms, and product teams.

  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, including regional and global marketing counterparts.

  • Align priorities, share progress, and provide business impact updates regularly to executive stakeholders.

- Cross-Functional Team Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, communications, partner enablement, and business units.

  • Drive alignment and collaboration on GTM initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and message consistency.

  • Influence and collaborate with matrixed teams across LATAM and global organizations.

- Campaign and Program Execution

  • Plan and launch consumer and commercial marketing campaigns

  • Support Localization of assets and messaging for the audience, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.

  • Integrate digital media, social, PR, events, demand gen and retail activation for full-funnel engagement.

- Partner & Channel Marketing orchestration thru managed services agencies

  • Co-create demand generation campaigns with OEMs, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.

  • Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) to optimize ROI and partner visibility.

  • Oversee partner Co-marketing efforts, omnichannel presence, and training programs.

- Agency and Vendor Oversight

  • Manage external agencies orchestration.

  • Ensure on-brand, high-quality, and timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.

- Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track Mexico campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and partner engagement metrics.

  • Use data insights to continuously improve impact, customer engagement, and investment efficiency.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Proven expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive business goals and market penetration.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Skills to orchestrate and manage complex marketing ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration across channels.

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline, capable of translating vision into actionable plans.

  • Excellent stakeholder influence and executive communication skills to align strategies with business objectives.

  • Collaborative, creative, and proactive attitude, with a passion for driving innovation and results.

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced English

  • 6+ years of:

    • Proven expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies or planning to drive business goals and market penetration.

    • Orchestration and management of ecosystems partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics.
