Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in Computer Science/product/service/project/program management
    • OR software development
    • OR equivalent experience

Other Requirements

Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

things done fast and easily on their Windows PCs. By connecting with customers, you canwhat needs to be changed or fixed in a product to improve customer satisfaction and happiness.

  • You will be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, supporting activities from planning to execution. This includes leveraging research to articulate a vision/strategy, collaborating with other stakeholders and driving influence at the executive level, customer requirements gathering, technical prioritization, analysis of product features, and go-to-market support.
  • You willbe responsible fortranslating strategic businessobjectivesinto execution strategies that ensure products and services are delivered to the right market at the right time. It will be imperative for you to see the big picture while balancing feature-level trade-offs. You will work with various teams includingyour  agilefeature team, technical leads, UX designers, and a group of cross-functional team members from across Windows org and within the broader Microsoft organization to iteratively deliver and launch our products to market.
  • You willbe responsible fordriving the growth of ourwindowscustomer satisfaction by looking into opportunities to improve our customer journeys and experiences based on data insights.  You will drive features and initiatives that increase awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
