The future is what you make it. The Project Coordinator plays an important part in the Professional Services we offer to our customers. In this role, the individual will be responsible for:
- Working with our internal team members and partners who are focused on implementing our Quality Management software and Life Sciences Applications Suite of products.
- Assisting our PMO team with purchase order balance reviews, time sheet reviews, and project dashboard reviews.
- Help with the onboarding and offboarding of partners.
- Drive improvements to our business process.
- Performing invoicing and financial reporting tasks.
- Manage the certificates and feedback process for trainees who have completed courses.
- Effective communication regarding reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files.
- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
- An ability to review internal and external reporting of time sheets.
This position will be based in the Pune, India.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Excellent analytical, logical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills as it relates to customer and internal facing activities.
- 2+ years of proven experience in an analytical and business environment using Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience with the use and management of Salesforce Application.
- Experience using SAP.
- Prior experience working in a software company.
- An understanding of Quality Systems in Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Consumer Products sectors.
- Willing to fulfill occasional travel requirement.
