• Provide support for TSSA / Bladelogic in AWS, Azure, Oracle & Google Cloud Environments
• Troubleshoot, Support, and maintain Public and Private cloud
• Troubleshoot performance degradation or loss of service as time critical incidents
• Assess and communicate risks based on complexity, resource and timeline constraints
• OS Compliance and patching for Windows, Linux and Virtualization Platforms
• Support and maintain private and public cloud deployment • Build and provisioning customer environments on AWS/Virtual infrastructure • Work in cross functional teams globally

• Availability for on-calls shifts.
• Experience with public cloud, such as AWS, Azure, Oracle and Google cloud
• Experience in containerization technologies, such as docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenShift and Rancher
• ITIL, MCSE, AWS Certifications
