The objectives of the SaaS CoE are twofold:

  • Operational management of Tax and Law SaaS solutions and
  • Sales enablement and support to drive the market success of these solutions

In joining the SaaS CoE, you will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of this new business unit, becoming deeply embedded in the operational management of the SaaS CoE and thus ensuring the smooth running of the technology solutions that it supports.

Your Role

You’ll work alongside clients and colleagues, balancing your time across client onboarding activities, Supporting the adoption of ITTS tax tools in target markets and enhancing client awareness through sales enablement activities. If you’re flexible and ready to adapt to a constantly changing environment, there’s no better place to develop your skills. Since you’ll be working directly with clients and regional client teams, some travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Client onboarding role of GloBE Engine clients and acting as the pinpoint between the SaaS CoE ITTS leadership, product, support and client teams.
  • Hands-on supporting the adoption of International tax tools in target markets by contributing to the development of marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Enhance client (internal and external) awareness through effective positioning and sales enablement, ensuring that clients recognize the value of our tax tools.
  • Create Slip-sheets/brochures/FAQs/WS Murals as appropriate
  • Liaise with local GTM/Sales teams
  • Maintain CRM activities to ensure visibility of customer engagements
  • Work with local countries to create go to market plans
  • Develop FAQs on the products for RFP process
  • Participate in champions calls to showcase tool advancements, address challenges, and share success stories.
  • Represent the ‘Voice of the Customer', surfacing key product and business insights to help drive innovation for EY’s COE teams, i.e., Product, Marketing, Implementation, Support, etc.
  • Assist member firms with pursuits, demonstrations, commercial discussions, and technical inquiries related to GloBE Engine.
  • Contribute to operational excellence of the SaaS CoE, helping to maintain internal stakeholders’ alignment and improve processes.


Ensure both personal and professional skills are kept up to date for successful execution of role

Preferred experience:

  • Hands-on experience of successfully onboarding high profile clients onto applications across different technologies
  • Keen attention to detail and quality, holding yourself to a high standard of work.
  • Confidence and maturity to work effectively with senior leaders across the Business Unit and beyond.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time, delivering within tight timeframes.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
