How you’ll spend your day
- Day to day planning of the routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance activity in the plant equipment like reactor, centrifuge, Dryers, Vacuum pumps etc.
- To supervise & track the preventive maintenance activities in the plant. Ensure no deviation w.r.t GMP and safety compliance.
- Co-ordinate the preventive maintenance and safety related activities.
- To coordinate with plant incharge for day to day maintenance plan and shutdown activities.
- To plan and execute the small modification activities in the assigned plant.
- Support area manufacturing and new product/process transfer activity.
- Implementing systems improvement programs and changes like energy saving, good engineering practices & OPEX related changes.
- To coordinate and support the sub functions like Civil, electrical and instrumentation during day to day activity.
- Breakdown maintenance – repair of equipment malfunctions.
- Indenting the spare parts & maintenance materials.
- To work on the approach of high efficiency in lesser cost.
- Supervision of the contractor’s job.
- To perform the work Priority module and Ariba system.
- To perform any other job as assigned by reporting supervisor.
- To use the problem solving tools to find out the root cause of any failure and implement the CAPA accordingly.
Your experience and qualifications
- B. Tech-Mechanical
- 5-8 Years in API/Chemical industry
