Job Description:
Trade Product Manageris a senior level position responsible for the development of plansand strategies forCiti Commercial Bank and Receivables Finance product.The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive positionResponsibilities:

• Development of strategic product roadmap, product enhancement and development, product launches and marketing campaign to gain maximum benefit from each product,.
• Review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities. for product managers

• Take pro-active steps in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.
• Participate in day-to-day product management activities such as product development/delivery, client experience, and client communication strategy.
• Prioritize, negotiate, and resolve challenges to achieve business results
• Develop & execute client value propositions, segmentation, pricing and channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
• Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
• Contribute towards acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• Thorough knowledge of Trade Finance Products , Credit Risk and Client buying behavior.
• Ability to workindependentlyand in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred
