Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

As part of the Syndication team, you will play a crucial role in structuring and distributing equity capital market (ECM) transactions. Your focus will be on engaging with institutional investors, investment funds, and market participants to drive successful syndication efforts. This requires a deep understanding of capital market trends, strong investor relationships, and the ability to manage market positioning strategies for deals. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be key in ensuring seamless transaction execution and maximizing investor engagement.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• PG from a Tier 1 Institute with a focus on leading delivery of consulting projects in a professional services environment

• Strong financial acumen in terms of financial modelling/concepts (CFA preferred)

3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an investment bank.
