What you'll do

You will be part of the Global content Group portfolio management, under the Customer Services and Delivery board area.

The role will support the portfolio management activities to:

1. Support and moderate the various stakeholder meetings
2. Collect and Run analysis on accelerators and content packages consumption
3. Create and update portfolio ledger in the defined portfolio management tool
4. Create and update Portfolio SharePoint site
5. Update documentation and meeting notes

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business, economics, software engineering, communication
• Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Python, any data analysis
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: Expert in organizing, eager to learn, good presentation skills, capable to moderate meetings and workshop
• Others: any previous working experience is highly valued
