You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Puerto Galván, Bahía Blanca, BA location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers' operations by ensuring the proper functioning of our advanced solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements, and you will provide technical guidance and support to our customers. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our advanced migration, workforce productivity, and plant digitalization solutions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and field service technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical disciplinesuch as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in field service engineering, with afocus on troubleshooting and supporting automation solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies, includingDCS, SCADA, PLC and industrial automation practices. Honeywell technology knowledgeand/or experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written ( Intermediate) • Engineering degree such as Electronics or Electrical Engineering, orequivalent.
• Experience in providing technical support and services to customers.
• Strong customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
