Responsible for test program buy-offs and product qualification related to test

Responsible for Failure Analysis of product yield improvement to meet yield and QUALITY targets;

Sustain products with cost reduction and yield improvement.

Design and participate in TTR activities, including slides preparation and solid data analysis.

Manage Program and Production Checkout, ECO Management, SO Activities, PCN Management, Routing Updates -CAMSTARREQUIREMENTS: (Set out the qualifications, experience and functional skills/competencies that are essential for the position)

Qualifications, experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or relevant courses, Master’s or PhD preferred;

3+ years’ experience in semiconductor testing and/or product engineering;
