Data Governance Manager should have experience in project/program management, and will be responsible for e2e coordination of all aspects related with identification of data groups and elements, specification of data access policies and implementation of Data Governance process digitalization.

• Perform program management activities for Data Governance initiative.
• Identify date resources and build inventory of Data Elements.
• Closely cooperate with respective stakeholders to identify data processing rules, requirements.
• Contribute and coordinate creation of digitalization framework for Data Governance program.
• Support cooperation between teams involved in Data Governance program.
• Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve Nokia’s data management processes and practices.

You have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science with 5 years’ experience on project manager or program manager position.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Data Governance projects
• Good understanding of Telco market and telecommunication data processing environment
• Often leads projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
• Good understanding of common security, privacy and compliance requirements related with protection of data sets.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Coordinate work of teams involved in implementation of Data Governance program.
• Continuous monitoring of Data Governance program implementation progression.
• Coordinate change management processes for Data Governance program according to agreed quality KPIs.
