- Identification of enterprise services. Proposal of software-decisions (SAP-/Non-SAP-products) within the customer Process-, Application- and IT-landscape based on BPP.
- Mapping of business process to enterprise IT-architecture.
- Define requirements for individual development or integration needs.
- Performance of reviews (process oriented and relation to IT-mapping).
- Define corresponding organizational structure.
- Map and validate performance indicators (designed by Transf. Manager).

Experience and Educational Requirements
- Functional Experience
- Several years of experience in business process consulting
- Has a minimum of seven years' experience in service delivery
- Deep understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes
- Holistic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Suite
- Has performed feasibility studies / PoCs etc.
- Has managed difficult client situations
- Good understanding of public cloud software Managerial Experience
