WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

You’ll lead a team of high performing Loss Prevention managers throughout the country, providing investigative, incident management, profit protection, physical security, and safety strategies to support Nike owned stores. This is a dynamic role, and no two days will be the same. From spending time in stores reviewing best practices and developing LP teams, to building your own unique strategy to support the country, you’ll leverage your subject matter expertise and leadership to best protect Nike’s stores.

  • Provide direct leadership to a team of Loss Prevention professionals based in Mexico
  • Deliver risk based and segmented Loss Prevention strategies to best protect Nike’s varied stores in Mexico
  • Key partner to the Territory GM, Retail Directors, and LP team providing Loss Prevention expertise and POV
  • Identify business opportunities regarding security, safety, profit protection; implement future facing and innovative solutions
  • Provide incident and crisis management leadership to store and field teams, ensuring the safety of employees and consumers and the continuity of business
  • Drive continuous improvement in LP Programs through addressing internal business needs, industry trends, field feedback and pain-points
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships to include: Security, Supply Chain Security, NAX [training], Store Construction, Legal, ER, HR, etc.
  • Use your knowledge and experience to ensure that Nike is advancing safety and security priorities that align with Nike’s Maxims and Corporate Policies
  • Travel up to 50% of the time [Domestic and International]

You will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of relevant, professional experience, education and training
  • LPC and/or CFI designations highly preferred
  • 7+ years of Loss Prevention, security or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams
  • English - business fluency
  • Experience influencing key business partners and senior leadership
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
  • An ability to use data to back up assumptions and articulate complex business cases
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
