What You’ll Do- Work with the lead to drive technology design, implementation, execution, and/or optimization for projects/accounts to accelerate customer business outcomes.
- Assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies.
- Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate sophisticated problems & compatibility issues.
- Align with and support company policies and processes and apply relevant tools to efficiently implement the role and support Professional Services’ strategies and goals.
- Play the role of an individual contributor.

- Basic understanding of project scope and customer business goals and objectives.
Role and specific responsibilities- Works with customers along with internal & external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions.
- Assists with task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements.
- Jointly crafts and reviews project work e.g. Design recommendations, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Implementation/ Organisational Change Plans.
- Builds and/or use test environments as the need arises to resolve medium sophisticated problems and compatibility issues.
- Understands how software skills and tools can be used to configure, deploy and/or seek Cisco products & solutions.
- Acts as an initial focal point for problem resolution for customer engagements.

Expertise
- Requires BS/BE/BTech degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in a similar job role.
- Security related certification (CCNA, CCNP-Security, etc.) is preferred with a drive for continuous learning.
- Good understanding in a wide range of Security protocols including TCP/IP, encryption protocols, application layer protocols, network & link layer protocols, device & network management protocols
- Knowledge and experience in at least one of the network security technologies: Cybersecurity, Firewalls, VPNs, AAA, Cloud Security, Email Security, Endpoint Security, etc. As well as understating of cloud computing involving multiple cloud providers like AWS, Azure, Google.
- Knowledge of Python or any scripting language is an advantage
