Responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing and executing Continuous improvement programs, Process Excellence assessments, developing and deploying improvement action plans and partnering with the sites’ leadership teams to drive successful results in line with AOP and strategic plans.
• Transform processes on production sites toward key metrics’s improvements (Accelerator Sprint process deployment)
• Provide Lean/6sigma support for the site and develop colleagues’ competencies
• Drive Cycle Time reduction initiatives, using Lean/6sigma techniques and tools
• Lead/support site productivity projects/activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• University degree
• SAP/HRP knowledge
• Advanced english knowledge
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge
• Communication and analytic skills
• Knowledge of site manufacturing processes
