Create resources to help drive efficiencies and support the wider SE organization such as; content creation of training materials and supporting marketing.
Guide prospects or customers to gain exposure and trust in CyberArk’s solutions.
Communicate effectively CyberArk’s technical value proposition to customers or partners and design optimal solutions for customer infrastructure and datacenter environments.
Conduct public webinar workshop product evaluations
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
Support CyberArk partner seminars and industry trade shows
Document client feature requests and issues in the CRM system
Requirements:
Experience with Windows or Active Directory
Ability to create and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
Aptitude to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross-organizationally toward solutions including leadership and consensus-building skills.
Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud solutions/resources (AWS/GCP/Azure) desirable
Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell) a plus
Enterprise application authentication experience a plus (i.e., .NET, Java, CLI) a plus
An understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements a plus
Operational experience with LDAP Directories, and LDAP Authentication methods
Familiar with modern authentication methods such as SAML a plus
