As a Storage and Materials Coordinator, in Sofia, you will be responsible for Perform a wide variety of logistics duties which include receiving, unloading, counting, expediting, stocking, packing, shipping, filing, calculating, inspecting, and various administrative and data management functions. While organizing the flow in the outbound area, you’ll be maintaining high Safety and 5S standards.

Key requirements

• Fulfilling all obligations regarding the ERP and physical preparation of the outgoing consignments, the inspection of the documents and the loading of the designated carrier.
• Transferring the equipment/goods for assembly and/or expedition.
• Loading and unloading the equipment/goods.
• Booking and picking up the goods, prepare the relevant documents for equipment/goods movement.
• Packing and unpacking the equipment/goods.

Key skills and qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher education;
• Computer literacy – MS Office; experience with ERP systems would be considered an advantage;
• Basic level of English;
