Strategic Leadership: Define the strategy and product solutions that address the complex intersection of user trust, regulatory requirements, and platform growth.
Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement AI-powered strategies to detect and respond to new and evolving threats while minimizing impact on user experience and business goals.
AI First Innovation: Collaborate with engineering teams to leverage LLMs and advanced AI technologies for real-time threat detection, policy compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.
Government and Industry Collaboration: Partner with governments, regulators, and industry organizations to address compliance requirements, build regulatory solutions, and align on global standards for trust and safety.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure the application of trust and safety policies aligns with stakeholder and customer needs.
Policy Advocacy: Lead the articulation of policy purpose, vision, and application to ensure clarity and adoption among global stakeholders, advertisers, and publishers.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage insights from threat intelligence, user behavior, and enforcement trends to anticipate risks and align with regulatory frameworks globally.
