Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Management:Oversee and support the deployment, planning, and delivery of curricula.

Learning Operations:Manage various learning operations functions, including administration, vendor management, and client experience management.

Reporting and Analysis:Compile and analyze data from learning programs to generate insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Communication:Craft clear and compelling communications to promote learning initiatives or other purposes as needed.

Continuously develop self and maintain knowledge of relevant areas of work.

Skills:

  • Strong program and project management and prioritization skills, able to coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and meet demanding timeframes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple groups across learning and the business.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed team members, indirect team members, client serving personnel at higher staff levels and support staff.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in similar role
  • Experience working with an LMS, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Proficient in advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint (use of pivot tables and v-lookup, present information in a compelling way using PPT)
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Office 360, Miro, and SharePoint
  • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Learning is considered an asset
