Finally, this resource will work closely with the overall Test Lead to support the functional testing activities. Ideal candidates should have strong experience with implementing Oracle General Ledger Cloud solutions at complex global banks, strong finance process design experience, and have experience managing cross organization global teams. This role will require strong collaboration across multiple global finance and technology teams. The ideal candidate will also possess good understanding of banking finance solutions and requirements. Excellent communication skills are required in order to collaborate internally and external, often at a senior level. This role is accountable for the end results of the finance solution enterprise design.What you will be doing

• Manage end user facing (recon, report, adjustments) and back office (contract sub-ledger, general ledger, accounting hub) Oracle functional teams
• Lead and coordinate cross functional design sessions
• Work with consulting partner to lead requirements fit gap analysis against Oracle solution
• Partner closely with the initiative test lead as the finance functional test lead
• Help lead key design decision workshops in conjunction with initiative solution architect
• Key participant and voting member in initiative change control forum
• Drive coordination with Oracle for resolution of functional defects and for functional enhancements to solution
• Continue to build out Citi's internal, global Oracle capability
• Has full management responsibilities for team (includes hiring and people management)
• Manage global team with resources in USA, Europe, and India

What we need from you

• Proven track record of success implementing finance solutions at complex, large global financial service organisations
• Strong Oracle Cloud financials (ERP, EPM, AFCS) experience
• Communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
• Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
• In depth knowledge of banking products / systems highly preferred
• Global team building experience
• Proven track record of success managing and leading inhouse and outsourced teams on a global basis
• Bachelor’s/University degree
