Success in this role requires the individual to be highly effective both independently and in collaborative, cross-functional settings. The candidate will need to identify, define, analyze, prioritize, and refine technology requirements across various categories. Strong skills in building partnerships with business sponsors, product owners, architects, and developers are essential. This involves defining feature sets, creating story maps, and developing detailed user stories (both functional and non-functional) to support the development process.

How will you make an impact?

• Understanding detail requirements for Functional and Usability to test web applications and backend services.
• Reviewing stories in detail to participate in grooming, sprint planning, and assess testing efforts
• Write detail test cases to ensure thorough testing for any given feature or function, as well as exploratory testing for scenarios that are not defined.
• Performing hands-on test execution
• Automating test cases for functional regression testing
• Monitoring daily regression builds to ensure quality of code is consistently maintained
• Contributing to product design to ensure testability and robustness of products and features
• Working closely with PM and Developers to deliver high quality releases for production.
• Defining and improving QA Processes/ Best Practices
• Applying innovative concepts in testing to enhance the test coverage, improve Quality and Reliability
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application and environment issues
• Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools

Have you got what it takes?

• Demonstrated experience or deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Ability to distill complex discussions into actionable milestones for scrum teams, ensuring clarity and focus.
• Proficiency in managing and facilitating discussions across a diverse range of stakeholders, from business-oriented to highly technical.
• Eagerness to stay informed about emerging technologies and incorporate new advancements into projects.
• Skill in generalizing requirements to adhere to a "Build Once, Use Many" philosophy, promoting efficiency and scalability.
• Prior experience in FinCrime Prevention is a significant advantage, providing valuable context and expertise.

• Previous work experience in the FinTech industry, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
