Job responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Develops and executes a product strategy for privileged access management solutions in various cloud environments
• Collaborates with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the cloud security space
• Engages with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights to inform product development
• Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Leads product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to cloud security and privileged access

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e. Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.).
• Ability to manage backlog; analytical, problem solving skills
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills; excellent skills in communicating ideas both written and verbal
• Work effectively in a team environment by being team-focused; supportive team member, always willing to be of assistance to others
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, particularly privileged access management, and familiarity with security standards and regulations
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
• Leadership and negotiation skills with prior experience managing a team of product associates; experience working with globally distributed scrum teams a plus

• Knowledge in Identity and Access Management or Privileged Access
• Attention to detail and ability to manage shifting business priorities
