Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 3 years of administrative experience in an international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Ability to communicate in Polish and English fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.

Experience providing polished and professional administrative support to executives within a fast-paced team and international environment.
Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, and prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Ability to lead small to medium sized projects and manage teams.
Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication and social skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
