KLA Customer Support Engineer

You will be providing service support to customers in the following activities:

• Installation and Warranty support for PVD/ETCH/CVD products.
• Follow-up daily technical issues encountered by customers.
• Manage site issues, generate reports, feedback to division and drive for solution.
• Timely update report in internal system to ensure actual status is captured in system.
• Travelling customer sites is required for this role.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience within the semiconductor field or other capital equipment
• Self-motivated and can work independently.
• Working in multi-disciplinary environment - an advantage
• PVD or ETCH or CVD experience is required.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
