- High flexibility in terms of availability—this team will be supporting executives across multiple locations and time zones, so flexibility to work late and early shifts is a must.

As an Executive Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with Senior Executives to handle a variety of professional tasks and responsibilities.
- Acting as the main point of contact between executives, employees, external partners, and clients.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating logistics for executives, including managing their calendars, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and goals.
- Managing and coordinating internal and external meetings, scheduling across multiple time zones, and ensuring a seamless experience by pre-testing setups.
- Handling both personal and professional matters for executives with the highest level of confidentiality and timeliness.
- Coordinating team meetings and events, both in-house and off-site.
- Communicating fluidly via email and phone, handling correspondence in English.
- Managing international and domestic travel arrangements, including flight itineraries, hotel bookings, and car services.
- Supporting executives by managing complex scheduling and logistics for both business and personal commitments.
- Proactively resolving potential issues before they arise to ensure the executives’ time is optimized.
- Demonstrating a proactive approach, making quick decisions, and adapting to change when necessary.
