Assist the SAP Labs MD and the SAP Labs Network Team to establish the Labs as a fully functional part of SAP’s development setup
Setup, prepare for relevant management leadership team meetings
Support and lead the execution of employee, customer and ecosystem relevant events
Coordinate with Talent Branding team to expand the outreach to the community, including Universities, professional bodies about SAP Labs Vietnam
Lead the organisation of an Employee Community – become the “Voice of the Employee” to ensure a strong employee engagement
Support internal and external events, and lead the project execution around employee engagement
Liaise with the local employees to cultivate a strong sense of purpose and culture within the team, ensure high participation in employee events
Developing collaborative work relationships within own team and cross-functional, including representation of team towards senior management
Supporting internal projects, including decision taking within clearly defined framework of departmental guidelines and practices
Managing relevant financial targets and reporting activities as part of the role
Competent knowledge about the local labor laws, trusted advisor to the MD and global teams on how to navigate complex topics around the regulatory environment
Maintains the highest standards on work ethics and compliance to SAP’s employee code of conduct
Be an ambassador for SAP in the local market

Proven leadership role in Employee Engagement in a top tier Tech multinational is key to success in this role
Project management and business skills with in managing key projects around office and team requirements with tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to increase employee engagement within large organisations
Driven, creative and enthusiastic individual committed to growing the location and making the office a “lighthouse” for employees

Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand

Experience & Language Requirements
Fluent bi-lingual in Vietnamese and English is a must (spoken and written)
10+ years of experience in employee engagement and demonstrated proficiency with project management
Excellent presentation skills, able to represent the topics to an international group of stakeholders
German language is a plus
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to make a formal in person presentation in English to an interview panel for 15 mins to assess fit and suitability to the role
Education
Relevant University degree is a must, Masters or PhD preferred
