Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
 - Ensure alignment and collaboration among Agile teams within the ART.
 - Monitor and report on ART's progress, risks, and dependencies.
 - Identify and address obstacles that hinder the ART's performance.
 - Collaborate with Product Management, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
 - Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
 - Foster a culture of learning and improvement within the teams.
 - Implement and oversee the processes and standards established at the fleet level.
 
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field (Master' s degree preferred).
 
Required Skills:
- 10+ Years of experience in Technical Project Management, experience in Agile Methodologies.
 - Strong expertise agile project management tools Rally, Aha, etc.
 - Strong expertise in driving Quality Assurance/Testing.
 - Exposure to Software Development Life cycle management.
 - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
 - Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more teams, guiding them through Agile processes.
 - Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain cadence and efficiency.
 - Address and resolve impediments while nurturing a supportive and cooperative team environment.
 
- Hands-on experience in Node.js and AWS, demonstrating expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications.
 - Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar Agile leadership role.
 - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularlySAFe(Scaled Agile Framework).
 - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 - Proven ability to lead and mentor scrum team.
 - Certification inSAFeor Agile methodologies is a plus.
