Technical Expertise and Problem Solving:
- Provide advanced technical guidance and resolve complex engineering or technical challenges.
- Utilize deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot and innovate solutions that meet internal client requirements.
Client and Sales Support:
- Foster strong relationships with internal clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in technical advisory roles, with a background in networking, engineering, or technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support internal clients in English.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages: PHP, JavaScript, ColdFusion, Python, Perl.
- Familiarity with Unix and Linux commands and structure.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel macros (VBA is a plus).
- Knowledge of databases: MS SQL and Oracle.
- Skills in Power Automate and Power BI (including BOT creation).
- Strong organizational planning and follow-up skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to read and code in various programming languages.
Working Hours:
- Monday through Friday - EMEA afternoon/later afternoon shift
- Flexible shift within 13:00 - 01:00 hrs. window.
- No rotation currently unless the position changes.
- Return to Office will follow country and international standards.
Salary starting fromgross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
