- Monitor and maintain Ping Identity systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Respond to and resolve basic incidents and service requests related to Ping Identity products.- Perform routine system checks and generate reports on system health and performance.
- Troubleshoot PingID MFA issues on various endpoints (mobile, deskstop, etc), user registrations
- Support of overall Ping Federate and access core infrastructure
• Create federated partnerships with new business partners.
• Application onboarding - Assess, design, build, test and move to production.
• Certificate update/renewal for onboarded applications
- Document procedures and solutions for common issues and requests.

Qualifications:

- At least 1+ year of experience in IAM
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IAM concepts and Ping Identity products.
- Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow predefined processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
