As a Talent Attraction/Marketing Specialist at IBM, you'll drive strategic talent marketing and attraction initiatives for our most critical hiring needs. You’ll data-driven solutions to attract top-tier talent while exploring innovative strategies to meet hiring demands. With the support of Client Services Talent Attraction Domain Lead and a cross-functional team of specialists, you will help support the delivery of the Global Talent Attraction Strategy for IBM Consulting, with a focus on key locations and hiring areas (such as Philippines and Japan).
You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives across the talent marketing and attraction spectrum. Your responsibilities will include:
· Developing comprehensive end-to-end talent attraction campaigns and plans utilizing a diverse range of channels and methods to attract a very niche candidate pool (senior-level professionals).
· Maintaining a keen focus on channel/talent marketing best-practices; leveraging data and industry trends to drive innovation.
· Monitoring campaign performance and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize ROI and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition and HR client stakeholders to align strategies with evolving hiring needs.
· Must be fluent in English and Japanese.
· Proven expertise in relationship management within recruitment marketing or job ad/media agencies, driving strategic partnerships and high impact hiring solutions.
· Extensive experience in implementing data-driven marketing and attraction solutions that drive top-of-funnel talent engagement and conversion.
· Expertise in Agile project management with a strong track record of leading large-scale, high-impact initiatives within matrixed global organizations or agencies.
· Proven ability to develop comprehensive project plans, manage cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), run sprint cycles, and ensure accountability for continuous optimization and delivery.
· Corporate communications and/or PR experience, with exceptional skills in crafting and delivering executive-level presentations that are succinct, impactful, and persuasive.
· Proven experience working independently and proactively, identifying opportunities, addressing gaps, and driving initiatives from the ground up without requiring extensive direction or prior approval.
· Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., PMI-ACP) is a plus.
· Deep knowledge of the Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, and Employer Branding landscape, ideally gained through experience at a recruitment marketing or job ad/media agency.
