Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Consolidation: Consolidate and analyze financial data from head and media business units to provide a comprehensive view of costs and financial performance.
Business Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Actionable Insights: Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior director and business partners to support strategic decision-making.
Innovation: Innovate and implement new ideas and methodologies to enhance financial analysis and reporting processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with financial controllers, business unit leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide financial guidance and support.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, cost consolidation, and business analysis, preferably in a multi-business unit environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PPT, Power BI, Deepseek, ChatGPT, Oracle Cloud).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
Innovation: Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new ideas to improve financial analysis and operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with business partners.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
