Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Ensure DTC sales order book and return order book can be processed timely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order book management for own retail channel and eCom. Make sure all the transactions in
system stick to the adidas internal policy and procedures.
- Make sure own retail orders for concept stores and factory outlets go through within several
systems timely and accurately.
- Processing the own retail store and e Com return orders, follow up special request from
store are addressed. Support the special return case from own retail store and eCom.
- Follow up outside challenge case from own retail store and eCom, update critical case to
supervisor timely.
- Handle delivery issue case from store and eCom, provide training to own retail store or
eCom staff for any system update.
- Answer DTC channels/OMB questions on availability and order status.
- Support own retail and eCom specific tasks, understand business request and can escalate
or call out for critical issues.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- College diploma or higher
- 3 –5 years of order processing, sales administration or customer service experience
