Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or communications.
- Experience with stakeholder management and campaign planning.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to facilitate engagement with international/EU member state reporters based in Brussels.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a press officer/spokesperson.
- Understanding of European institutional and regulatory processes.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships within and outside an organization.
- Ability to work to tight timelines, coordinating information from various sources efficiently, sometimes out of European hours.
- Proficiency in one European language in addition to English (French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
