Responsibilities

• Gather deep knowledge on the Unified Customer Landscape services (UCL) product, onboarding processes, discovery capabilities, integration scenarios supported, APIs and protocols exposed.
• Understand complex technical scenarios for application to application to service integrations including, technical connectivity (REST APIs, connectivity configurations, credentials handling), business level integration (tenant to tenant mappings, data sharing)

• Support stakeholders to understand the UCL service concepts and features in-depth as well as how to adopt them. Attend meetings with stakeholders together with product management to start understanding how the scenario is transformed into UCL configurations and create the actual configurations. Be able to understand a stakeholder scenario and match it to the right pattern and respective steps they would need to do, to adopt UCL
• Support stakeholders during their integration journey by answering questions in various support channels
• Build/extend UCL documentation and guides with focus on simplified stakeholders onboarding and with the help of technical writers
• In the best case, the ProductOps should provide working examples (applications) on the topics covered with the help of the engineering team
• Provide feedback and make suggestions to product management and engineering teams on how to optimize onboarding, APIs, meetings, etc.

What you bring

• University education in computer science, software engineering or similar
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Good understanding on networks and integration protocols like REST, OData, GraphQL
• Good understanding on authentication / authorization concepts - OAuth, mTLS, system-to-system integration
• Hands-on on the topics covered for consulting and be able to present demos to stakeholders
• Ability to help resolving technical issues during stakeholders’ integration and adoption of UCL
• Knowledge on some programming language as an advantage (Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, Golang, etc.)
• Ability to learn fast and quickly get into the details on the topics covered
• Good interpersonal skills and fluency in English: collaboration in an international environment will be a regular part of your job.
