Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation.
• Advising on all phases of transactions, from due diligence to closing.
• Providing legal advice to regulated entities, such as banks, payment institutions and investment firms on regulatory obligations.
• Supporting clients on employment, real estate, commercial matters in their day-to-day operations.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Law
• Qualified advocate and member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• Excellent command of Greek and English
