As an individual contributor, you would be responsible for driving the Security and Compliance program across Webex contact center solution. This is a global role, individuals must have a good understanding of various privacy and compliance requirements across US, Europe and APAC region. It is beneficial for individuals to have exposure to AI privacy regulatory requirement.
This role requires individuals to have great communication, negotiation and collaboration skills working across engineering, security, legal and requires some customer interaction.
Minimum QualificationsPartner with various Engineering groups, Legal and Sales team to define various security and compliance requirements.
Manage conmon program across multiple cloud deployment and collaborate with other compliance teams to ensure audit requirements are met
Deploying your security / compliance background, you'll collaborate with other functions, such as Engineering and Product Management teams, to ensure security requirements are built into the product from inception.
What You'll DoAs a Security and Compliance Engineer, you will ensure Webex Contact Centre meets all Security and Compliance requirements from day zero. You’ll manage active attestation of ISO, SOC2, PCI and other evolving compliance requirements globally by working with our audit team, product management and market access teams. It is expected that you come from technical background to translate some of the compliance requirements as engineering Jira’s.
As a SME, you will be working with various internal and external audit teams to maintain the Security and Compliance Program.
Ensure continuous monitoring (conmon) program objectives are met across multiple cloud offers.
Occasionally, you will be collaborating with our customers to explain our compliance posture.
You will be performing Compliance Gap AnalysisAs a SME, you'll coordinate with Cisco Product Management, Legal and Engineering teams to remediate any security and compliance gaps.
